VACIT management policies cover workplace health and safety, environment, quality, employees, insurance and equipment maintenance.

## Workplace Health & Safety

Our safety policy covers risk management, equipment maintenance, pre-start checks and the safe delivery of vacuum, blasting and industrial services.

## Environment

VACIT seeks to minimise its environmental impact and help customers reduce the impact of site work where practical.

Our environmental management system is reviewed and improved as the business and its equipment develop.

## Quality

Delivering consistent, quality outcomes is a key driver for the business. VACIT monitors employee, equipment and management performance against customer needs and relevant statutory requirements.

## Employees

VACIT employees are trained and competent for their duties, with development systems in place to improve skills and knowledge.

Employees work under fit-for-work requirements and carry the safety equipment, training and site credentials needed for their roles.

## Insurance

Certificates of currency for public liability, workers compensation, vehicle and equipment insurance can be made available on request.

## Maintenance

Maintenance is treated as critical because breakdowns cost customers time. VACIT equipment is maintained under the nationally accredited heavy vehicle maintenance scheme.
